Saint Josephs Atlanta | Falcons Flash Microsite

Project Overview:

Saint Joseph’s Hospital, located in Atlanta Georgia is Atlanta's oldest hospital. Today, the 410-bed, acute-care facility is recognized as one of the top specialty-referral hospitals in the Southeast. In addition to serving the metro-Atlanta area, patients come from all over Georgia and nearby states because of Saint Joseph's specialized services, excellent reputation and unique patient experience. In fact, Sain't Joseph's is Georgia's only hospital to have received the Top 50 Hospitals USA designation.

Saint Joseph’s partnered with the Atlanta Falcons to be the official Hospital of the Falcons. Because of this relationship, Saint Joseph’s was able to promote health and wellness topics through the Falcon’s website. They wanted to create a dynamic flash driven site that would launch from www.atlantafalcons.com that would discuss common injuries that happen to adults.

AVID Design worked with Saint Joseph’s to create a “Weekend Warrior” website that gives information about common athletic injuries that happen to average adults. Use of video and flash allowed for an attractive solution that allowed for use of content and downloadable PDFs. Last, Saint Joseph’s was able to lead users to more health and wellness information on their main website and also the ability to find a physician.
