Project Overview
AVID Design produced three new online videos for MCGHealth:
• Cardiac patient video
• Pediatric patient video
• Transplant patient video
These three patient videos complete a five video package that AVID Design previously created and produced for MCGHealth:
MCGHealth came to AVID Design wanting to embrace patient education and have this content available online for their patients, as well as on a DVD that they can give to their patients when they visit the hospital.
AVID Design provided a wealth of script-to-screen video production services for MCGHealth including:
- Scripting, directing and editing
- Storyboard creation
- Shot on location
- Online optimization
- Post-production and delivery
AVID Design also provided professional talent to give the final videos a polished look and used a child actor to narrate the pediatrics video that is geared toward children. Along with using professional talent, real MCGHealth patients and staff were also used to give a warm, friendly and authentic feel to the videos.
AVID Design expanded the pediatrics and transplant patient videos to produce a side video that included a doctor Q&A session. In addition, the transplant patient video also features a patient testimonial. All of these videos are contained in separate sections on the DVD and can be viewed on MCGHealth’s Website.
