Baptist Health South Florida | Website Strategy, Design, Content Management and Build
Project Overview
AVID Design was originally contracted as a consultant to develop a three-phase Web plan for Baptist Health South Florida. The plan included strategies, procedures and policies for:
• Content Management
• Content Overhaul (second phase)
• Conversion Improvements (second phase)
• Implementation
• Launch
• Site Buildout
• Sustainability (third phase)
AVID Design was later hired to deliver the recommended services and products for the first phase, which also included:
• Architecture Development
• Content Porting (including a Spanish/bilingual clone)
• Dynamic Modules
• Graphic Design
• IT Coordination
• SharePoint CMS integration
• Website Design
The first phase completion and site launch were in March 2009.
